Schleich Dinosaurs 15008 Pteranodon
The Pteranodon was one of the largest pterosaurs in the Cretaceous period.
Suitable for ages 4+, the striking bony crest on the rear of its head provided a counterweight to its long beak. It probably didn't flap its wings very often, but instead took advantage of the wind to glide through the air, similar to an albatross.
