ElectricGemZ is based in Orpington, Kent in the United Kingdom but all of our orders are despatched from our warehouse in Clacton on Sea. If you live nearby, we can arrange for you to pick up your purchase - or call us and we might just jump in the car on drop it in - it wouldn't be the first time!
So, where in the world are you?
We ship worldwide, and have a map on the wall, just in case we have an order from somewhere new - although we know where most places are, might well have been there - and will almost certainly have shipped there before!

The "UK Mainland" has a special meaning to shipping companies - including the ones we use - and your location determines how we send things - but always by the fastest available route.
See below for exceptions within the UK where these charges may not apply.
Single items and Small Items
We offer a freepost option on all of our items
Smaller flat items, which can be sent by Large Letter Post will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
All other items will normally be sent by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Occasionally we may use another method of delivery, but it will always be the best service available to get your item to you in the quickest time whilst keeping our prices affordable.
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, on Saturday or Sunday (or a public holiday), will be sent on Monday (or the first working day following a public holiday) and you'll receive your order on Wednesday.
Multi-item orders and Heavy items
Orders are shipped free of charge, either by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or by Courier where appropriate. If your order is urgent, please let us know when you place your order.
Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, on Saturday or Sunday (or a public holiday), will be sent on Monday (or the first working day following a public holiday) and you'll receive your order on Wednesday.
Other UK Addresses
If you live in Northern Ireland, some remote areas of Scotland or on certain islands we cannot a Courier service because they don’t go there or charge extortionate fees - but you probably know that already!
However, this is what we will do to get your order to you - and we don’t charge extra:

We regret that we have to send orders from our many friends in the Republic of Ireland using the International Orders rules below.
UK Express Delivery
Our service is Express as standard, however if you need your order the following day, order before 2pm Monday-Friday, select our Priority Mega Express service at checkout at a nominal cost of £3.99, and we will send your order for delivery accordingly. We use a combination of Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD and Royal Mail Special Delivery for our express orders, dependant on delivery location, delivery day and item size and weight.
International Orders
If you live somewhere else in the world, we can ship to you too.
We might even pop over for a holiday!

There are size restrictions on Royal Mail parcels, but we can send anything anywhere and know some great courier companies!
Returns
If you find you need to return something, the first thing to do is to let us know, using our Contact Us page. It really will help if you briefly tell us why you need to return an item, but you can return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order (or by January 15th for items purchased in November of December, where the item is unopened and unused). This does not affect your statutory rights and further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions
